Attend just the exhibit floor (you can still be with the schedule interviews with media and go to the media room)- $75
You can talk with me about the possibility of full registrations available for the most part they are not available but if you need 1 specifically I can see about the possibility depending on curciumstances- they will be registrations that will require help with setting up or taking down the booth. - $300
Give Away Books
Give out Autographed Copies
We can give people a time slot to give out pre-signed books from AWSA's exhibitor booth. $25
We have at least 3 spots for people to be in the NRB autograph booths. The advantage for the NRB booths is that you are listed on the program and app that you are signing. You may or may not have more people come by but you do have more visibility. If these are taken you can email Rebecca to be put on the waiting list if more come available. $50
Daily Drawings
We will have Daily Drawings
We will be doing group basket drawings if you would like to add a book or item into the basket let us know.
If you would like to provide your own basket or lead a group basket for drawings you can do that $25
Leading Hearts Magazine
Be a part of our award-winning Leading Heart Magazine. They are placed into each attendees bag that are hung on hotel room doors prior to the opening of the exhibit hall.
Prices start at $299 for a single page article. We have a variety of special placements still available including the center article, back cover, and inside front or back cover for advertisements.
Banner
Have your picture up in the booth
We are creating a Banner "Your Next Best Guest" with Pictures of members on the banner. The banner will link to a webpage that will have a contact number to reach you. If media is looking for someone they can book you right away.
In addition to the quick link to your contact we will put up a page with additional photos and your topics. $100
Trading Cards
Postcard Size 1 Sheets
A postcard sized 1 sheet- with your photo, latest book, and the highlights of your topics. We will create 100 cards.
You will get half of them to hand out and we will make stacks of everyone's cards with the other half and give them out to media outlets. $100
